The Challenge:
Chinonye Anodere built a 9-figure FMCG distribution company from scratch and had spent years teaching other Nigerian entrepreneurs how to do the same. She had the knowledge, the credibility and a proven track record with over 2,800 students. What she needed was a complete online system that could sell her Business Profit Accelerator program at scale without her being involved in every sale.
What I Built:
Working under the KN Agency, I built out the entire sales and delivery infrastructure for the BPA Training from the ground up. This included a full sales page, a webinar funnel to bring in cold leads, a challenge funnel to warm them up before the sale, an LMS system to manage the course and students after they paid, and a follow up system to recover people who showed interest but did not buy.
Every part of the system was designed to work together so that a lead could come in at any point, go through the right journey and end up as a paying student without Chinonye having to do anything manually.

Multiple paying students acquired through the challenge funnel
Full automated delivery system handling course access and student management
Follow up system recovering unconverted leads on autopilot
