1. Overview
These terms cover all projects undertaken by Godswill Amos, a freelance funnel developer based in Nigeria, operating as an individual. By hiring me for any project you agree to everything outlined here.
2. Services
I provide done-for-you funnel development services including funnel strategy, copywriting, landing page and sales page design, email and WhatsApp sequences, tech setup and automation, and post launch support.
All projects are scoped individually and agreed upon before work begins. The full scope, timeline and investment will be clearly outlined in your project proposal.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% deposit is required before any work begins. The remaining 50% is due before final files are delivered.
Your project timeline starts from the date I receive your deposit and all required materials. If materials are delayed on your end, the timeline adjusts accordingly.
Late payments will pause the project until the outstanding balance is cleared. Payments that are overdue by more than 14 days will incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge on the outstanding amount.
4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Due to the nature of the work, I do not offer refunds once a project has started. However I am committed to making sure you are happy with the final result and will make adjustments until the work meets your expectations, as long as a final approval has not been given.
If you cancel a project before work has started, your deposit will be refunded minus a $50 admin fee to cover discovery and scoping time.
If you cancel after work has started, the deposit is non-refundable because work has already been done on your behalf.
If you cancel at or beyond the halfway point of the project, the deposit remains non-refundable and 25% of the remaining balance will be owed to cover the work completed up to that point.
5. Revisions
Revisions are included as part of every project as long as they fall within the original agreed scope. I will keep adjusting the work until it meets your expectations provided a final approval has not been given.
If you request changes that go significantly beyond the original scope, those will be treated as a new request and quoted separately.
Once you give final approval on a deliverable, that piece of work is considered complete. Any changes after final approval will be treated as a new request.
6. Client Responsibilities
To keep the project moving smoothly you are responsible for providing the following in a timely manner:
All required content, copy and brand assets
Clear and specific feedback on work submitted for review
Timely responses to questions and review requests
Login details for any platforms I need access to
Delays caused by late feedback or missing materials will push back the delivery timeline and that is not something I can be held responsible for.
If a client becomes unresponsive for 14 consecutive days after work has begun without prior notice, the project will be placed on hold. If no response is received after a further 7 days, which is 21 days total, the project will be considered abandoned. In this case the deposit remains non-refundable and any work completed up to that point belongs to Godswill Amos until the outstanding balance is settled. The client can restart the project by paying a reactivation fee of 25% of the original project total plus the remaining balance. Work will not resume until both payments are confirmed.
7. Intellectual Property
You receive full ownership of all final deliverables once full payment has been made. I retain the right to use the work in my portfolio and for promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing before the project starts.
I retain rights to any preliminary concepts, drafts or work that was not selected or approved.
You are responsible for making sure your content does not infringe on any third party trademarks or copyrights.
8. Confidentiality
I will keep all your business information, project details and materials strictly confidential. I will not share private project details with any third party without your permission. This applies during the project and after it is completed.
9. Limitation of Liability
My liability on any project is limited to the total fees paid for that project. I am not responsible for the performance of any third party tools, platforms or services used in your funnel. I do not guarantee specific business results as those depend on factors outside my control such as your offer, your traffic and your market.
10. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises we will first attempt to resolve it through honest and direct conversation. If that does not work, we will pursue mediation before considering any legal action. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
11. Changes to These Terms
I may update these terms from time to time. If you are an active client I will notify you by email at least 14 days before any changes take effect. Continuing to work with me after that point means you accept the updated terms.
