The Challenge:
Kenny already had a webinar funnel running but it was not performing at the level it should. The pages were not converting well enough and the follow up system was leaving money on the table. He needed someone to come in, find what was broken and fix it properly.
What I Built:
I went through the entire existing funnel from the registration page to the follow up sequences and identified where people were dropping off and why. Then I rebuilt it from the ground up with better copy, a tighter flow and a stronger follow up system that kept leads warm all the way to the sale.
The Results:
20% increase in conversions after the rebuild
